The main tasks: IT infrastructure monitoring (blade, storage, HCI (HyperFlex), network (SDN — Cisco ACI), etc.). within the instructions (if there are no instructions, create an application for the next level of technical support). User technical support (not jobs!). We expect from the candidate: Basic knowledge of AD, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, GPO, VMware eSXI, Cisco IOS. Practical experience in working with HCI (using Cisco HyperFlex as an example) and SDN (using Cisco ACI as an example). Ability to detect and diagnose errors in IT infrastructure. Understanding the relationship of individual elements of the infrastructure and the impact of these elements on the operation of the infrastructure as a whole. Technical English (sufficient to study documentation). Soft skills: Willingness to learn and constant updating of knowledge (it is necessary to "keep on touch" with technologies and trends). Literacy and clarity in expressing opinions. Initiative and self-sufficiency (ability not only to be independent in decision-making , but also the desire to constantly improve the Services provided to the Customer). Pedanticism (accuracy and attention to detail). We offer: Working hours — 09:00—18:00, Friday to 17:00; Saturday-Sunday is a weekend.
