Basic requirements:
< ul>Responsibilities:
- Support and administration of computer hardware and software in the office or remotely.
- Setup and support of corporate communication channels: G Suite, Slack, Jira, ClickUp.
- Installation and configuration of operating systems and software on computers and other devices.
- Information system security, including anti-virus protection, software updates and other security measures.
- Installation of new jobs.
- Diagnostics of hardware and software problems.
- Network connection support and configuration of switches and routers.
- Monitoring technical monitors for the presence of anomalies and transferring them to the technical department (optional, as a possible direction of work in the future - Taras).
- Performing data copying and creating backups.
- Selection and support of the purchase of office computer equipment.
