We are currently looking for a System Administrator ( Helpdesk Engineer ) to support one of the companies in the Genesis ecosystem, who understands the importance of all operational processes and quality-adjusted work. You will be able to influence the stability of the work of all employees and, as a result, the achievement of business goals.

What tasks await this position: - Accounting, preparation and issuance of working equipment
- Initial diagnosis and organization of equipment repair
- Solving technical problems from employees in the office and remotely via the Jira SD ticket system
- Help with technical support
- Preparation of new workspaces, issuing and deleting access to services and installing software li>
- Solving problems with the office network
This will require:
- Experience in the position of System Administrator from 2 to 4 years (L1,L2 Technical Support Engineer)
- Ability to work in Kyiv office (hybrid format)
- Basic understanding of network technologies including IP, TCP, UDP, Mac Address li>
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems, including installing and uninstalling them, creating accounts and installing programs
- Flexibility in working with audio-video equipment, providing a high level of technical support
- li> Experience in the administration of Google Workspace, MacOS and mobile device management
- It is good to have experience with remote support tools and tracking systems
- Understanding of the basic principles of working with Access Management
- Basic knowledge of office peripheral maintenance
