Requirements: knowledge of PC hardware; experience in Windows 7/10/11 OS administration. It will be an advantage: experience in Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022 OS administration (terminal server); experience in administration of accounting programs (Medos); knowledge of the basics of local networks (addressing, routing, basic understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack, the operation of DNS and DHCP services, understanding of VPN and virtualization technologies); experience in working with peripheral equipment (printers, scanners...); experience in working with Mikrotik network equipment (RouterOS); ability to work in the command line of the Linux OS ( Debian). Necessary skills: the ability to learn quickly; the ability to work in a team; communication; responsibility; stress resistance. Responsibilities: administration of Windows OS users (OS maintenance, installation and configuration of additional software, configuration of local and network printing and scanning, troubleshooting in operation of the OS and software); administration of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 terminal servers (OS maintenance, troubleshooting of OS problems, maintenance of terminal users, maintenance of printing in terminal sessions, setting of access rights); diagnostics and elimination of hardware problems PC; network settings on user computers, diagnosis and troubleshooting of network problems; administration of the 1C: Enterprise platform (local and client/server version); basic MS SQL administration (maintenance of 1C: Enterprise databases in MS SQL); setting up mail clients; writing technical documentation; business trips in the Volyn region; work in technical support.
