Requirements: Basic education in the field of information technology or related disciplines. Certifications welcome (but not required) include CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, etc. Understanding the basics of operating systems (Windows/Linux). Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). Knowledge of the principles of computer hardware. Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage. Ability to learn quickly. Analytical thinking. The ability to work in a team. High level of responsibility and self-organization. Good communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users via email, phone or ticket system. Solving basic problems with hardware, software, network and other IT resources. Registration, classification and escalation of user requests as necessary. Setting up workstations, installing and updating software. Conducting regular hardware maintenance. Participation in the rollout of new projects, systems or updates. Documentation of technical support and maintenance of equipment. Conducting basic training for users on more efficient use of IT resources
