Responsibilities:
- Purchase of equipment and software: selection, delivery, service delivery
- Equipment administration: OS installation and configuration, bitlocker, software, licenses, fault diagnosis
- Access management: creating accounts for new employees, resetting passwords, deleting accounts
- User support, including remote support
- Network and Internet (payment, performance support)
- Checking payments (push payment, sending invoices)
- Writing instructions for users
Requirements:
- Experience in similar position from 1+ year;
- Knowledge of OS (MacOS, Windows and Linux) at administrator level;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence;
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The opportunity to work in an office in Warsaw (hybrid format)
- English B1
Will be a plus:
- Experience as IT Support Engineer or Helpdesk Specialist
