We are currently looking for System Administrator (Helpdesk Engineer ) to support one of the companies of the Genesis ecosystem, which understands the importance of all operational processes and quality work. You will be able to influence the stability of the work of all employees and, as a result, the achievement of business goals.

What tasks await this position:
- Accounting, preparation and issuance of working equipment
li>Preparation of new workspaces, issuing and deleting access to services and software installation- Solving problems with the office network
For this you will need:< /p>
- Experience in the position of System Administrator from 2 to 4 years (L1, L2 Technical Support Engineer)
- Opportunity to work in the office in Kyiv (hybrid format)
- Basic understanding of network technologies including IP, TCP, UDP, Mac Address
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems including installing and uninstalling, creating accounts and installing applications
- Flexibility in working with audio-video equipment, providing a high level of technical support
- Experience in the administration of Google Workspace, MacOS and managing mobile devices
- It is good to have experience in working with remote support tools and tracking systems
- Understanding the basic principles of working with Access Management
- Basic knowledge of office peripheral maintenance
