Responsibilities: p>
- Direct and remote support of corporate users: installation and configuration of personal computers, thin clients, laptops, installation of software applications
- Providing consulting services to users
- Diagnostics and elimination of incidents and requests, according to applications in the system "Micro Focus/HP Service Manager"
- Interaction with colleagues with other areas of support
- Implementation and maintenance of corporate norms and standards, ensuring norms information security at workplaces (training is conducted)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems at the administrator level< /li>
- Knowledge of the hardware part of personal computers and peripheral equipment
- Basic knowledge of the principles of construction and diagnostics of a local network and proxy
- Knowledge of client programs: MS SCCM, SAR R system /3, MS Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure cloud services
- Experience of working with electronic application registration systems ("Service Desk")
- Experience of working with VDI systems
- Technical education, preferably IT
- Experience as a user support administrator, including in remote mode: setting up PCs, software, printing, in a company with 50+ employees, no less for 2 years
