We’re looking for a System Administrator to join our team at Intelliarts. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our employees have the tools and resources they need to excel.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of company networks, laptops and office equipment
- Participation in the inventory process, budgeting, planning the needs and supplies of computer and office equipment, purchasing and delivering hardware, software and software licenses by special requests with respect to company standards
- Managing assets inventory portal, enterprise level SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
- Support HR/Finance/Administration team with all contractors operations from hiring to departure
- Undertake ownership, management and responsibility for all aspects of office security
Required skills
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of network administration, or system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Strong knowledge IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Experience in Cloud based infrastructures, AWS is preferred
- Good spoken and written English, at least B1
As a plus
- System administration and IT certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, LPIC, CCNA, SOA)
