System Administrator in ISR TECH

Requirements:

• Basic degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Certifications preferred (but not required) include CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, etc.
• Understanding basics of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Knowledge of computer hardware principles.

• Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.

• Ability to work in a team.
• li>High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via email, phone or ticketing system.
• Resolve basic hardware, software, network and other IT issues.
• Logging, classification and escalation user requests as needed.
• Setting up workstations, installing and updating software.
• Performing regular hardware maintenance.
• Participating in the deployment of new projects, systems or updates.
• Maintaining documentation on issues of technical support and equipment maintenance.
• Conducting basic training for users on effective use of IT resources
