Work content:

• Administration and support of IT services.
• Identification and elimination of malfunctions in the operation of IT systems.
< li>Technical support for users.
• Implementation of service regulations.
• Controls the work of subcontracted service organizations.
• Maintaining the relevance of operational documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 2 years or more according to professional competencies.

Mandatory professional competencies:

• Knowledge of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software. Experience in AD administration, network wide services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), print service, Exchange, SQL. Basic programming skills.
• Knowledge of LAN construction theory. Familiarity with Cisco's line of LAN products. Experience in the administration of Cisco equipment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of virtual environments. Practical knowledge and experience in the administration of virtual infrastructures based on VMware technologies.
• Support and support of user workplaces.

Desired professional competencies :

• Experience in SharePoint administration.
• Knowledge of the principles and understanding of building technologies and SCS for data centers. Experience in maintaining elements of the SCS.

Business competencies: the ability to work in accordance with corporate standards, policies and methodologies.
