Key tasks:

• Connecting and supporting computers and peripheral equipment.

• Emergency repair and configuration of equipment.

• Administration of user profiles in the local networks.

• Installing and updating system, office and application software.

• Ensuring the operation of communication tools.

• Teaching users how to work with software.

• Performing backup and archive copying.

For this position, you need:

• Higher education (full or graduate).

• Work experience in the field of IT support and administration.
