Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience as a system administrator or IT support specialist for at least 1 year;

- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;
- Attention to details and organization (especially in the inventory and on/offboarding processes);

- Ability carefully follow instructions and regulations;

Responsibilities:
1. Management of corporate equipment (IT assets):
- Issuance of new equipment (laptops, PCs, monitors, phones, peripherals) to employees during onboarding.
- Inventory, labeling and maintenance of the equipment register (Excel, specialized systems).
- Configuration of equipment in accordance with corporate standards: installation of OS, office software, clients for corporate services, network configuration.
- Acceptance of equipment after the dismissal of an employee, checking its integrity and performing a data cleaning (wipe) procedure.
- Organization of repair, write-off and purchase of new equipment (with the participation of the manager).
2. Full life cycle of corporate accounts and mail:
- Creation of accounts: Based on requests from the HR department to create accounts and corporate mailboxes.
- Configuring access rights: Providing necessary Group Policies (GPOs).
- Support and changes: Changing passwords, recovery access, change of rights in the case of transfers.
- Blocking and deletion: Prompt execution of the procedure when an employee is dismissed: immediate blocking of accounts, change of passwords, forwarding of mail (if necessary), archiving and deletion of mailboxes and accounts in accordance with the regulations and data retention policy. Responsibility for the timeliness and completeness of this process.
3. User support:
- Counseling employees on basic issues of working with a PC, e-mail, office software.
- Eliminating software and hardware malfunctions.
4. Byensuring basic security:
- Observance of procedures when issuing/receiving equipment to prevent data leakage.
- Audit of active accounts.
5. Ensuring uninterrupted payment of subscriptions:
- Receiving and transferring invoices to accounting.
- Control of the possibility of paying subscriptions for projects.
