The field manager is responsible for ensuring that the technical component of the store works like clockwork and that the staff feels supported.
- Technical audit and maintenance: Regular visits to fixed stores to check the condition of equipment (cash registers, terminals, lighting, air conditioning systems etc.).
- Prompt troubleshooting: Minor repairs "on the spot" or coordination of contractors to perform complex work.
- Control of the work of subcontractors: Acceptance of completed works, quality control and signing of acts at the facilities.
- Supply of consumables: Delivery and control of the balance of necessary TMC (goods and material values) for operation store.
- Reporting: Keeping photo reports and filling out checklists in the internal system (CRM/ERP) after each visit.
Requirements for the candidate
In addition to technical skills, mobility and autonomy are critical here.
Transportation and mobility
- Own a car: Mandatory (preferably economical fuel consumption and a spacious trunk).
- Category "B" driver's license: With 2 years of active driving experience.
- Readiness for traveling nature of work: High intensity of movement during the day.
Professional skills
- Technical literacy: Understanding the principles of electricity, plumbing and basic IT systems.
- Work experience: From 1 year in a similar position (service engineer, facility foreman).
- Ability to work with tools: Possession of basic "hands" skills.
Personal qualities
- Resistance to stress: The ability to quickly make decisions in critical situations (for example, when the light went out in the store during peak hours).
- Responsibility: A high level of self-discipline (work without constant supervision in the office).
