We are looking for a System Administrator to join our team and provide seamless technical support in the office and for specialists, enabling our workspace and team to be productive.
Your main task is to provide timely and effective technical support to the team, ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, and promptly resolve all IT inquiries within your competence. You will be responsible for the technical condition of office equipment and software, inventory management, coordinating orders and deliveries of equipment, as well as maintaining accurate reporting.
In addition to daily technical support, you will work on project tasks: creating FAQs for typical technical questions, solving equipment accounting issues and compiling a complete list of services used in the company. You will also work with office security systems, LCDs, CCTV cameras.

In this role you will
- Participate in all meetings and processes that require the participation of System Administrators
- employees
- Setting up, administering and ensuring the proper operation of employee equipment and office equipment
- Create accounts and manage necessary licenses
- Perform first-line technical support role
- Order, ship, record and depreciate equipment
- Work with documentation and spreadsheets
- Maintain blackout equipment: StarLink, EcoFlow, generators
Our match if you
- Have at least 6 months of experience in system administration
- You are oriented in the modern market of components, laptops and smartphones
- You know how to service equipment: disassemble and service a PC/laptop, install and configure various software, connect office equipment,
- You have skills in keeping records of equipment, you can confidently work with documents and large tables (Word/Excel)
- You know the basics information security and have basic knowledge of networks
- Experience of working with a large number of specialists
- You have strong communication skills, attentive, meticulous and ready to work in a team
- Able or able to work effectively under a dynamic load and perform several tasks at the same time
- Want to learn and develop in this field
- English - Intermediate and above
- Living in Kyiv and ready to visit the office during the first 2 weeks, then a hybrid cooperation format
Will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Service Management)
