System administrator in Supik

Functional position:

Administration of server infrastructure based on Debian 12/13, Windows Server, Proxmox VE (VM, LXC).
Deployment, configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, containers, services and network interaction between them.
Support and development of infrastructure services: AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Terminal Services, MS SQL, 1C.
Administration of Linux services: Nginx, Apache, PostgreSQL, OpenVPN, MinIO, backup services, mail and internal company systems.
Working with Docker / Docker Compose: deploying services, reading and compiling Dockerfile, updating container environments.
Configuration and support of monitoring systems based on Grafana, Prometheus, Node Exporter and related components.
Creation, support and improvement of Grafana dashboards, control of metrics, services and hosts.
Setting up network interaction: subnets, routing, NAT, firewall, basic work with iptables.
Support for backing up servers, databases, files and configurations.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting at the level of hosts, VMs, containers, services and networks.
Administration of Google Workspace corporate mail.
Support of domains, hosting, SSL certificates, company web resources.
Automation of routine tasks using bash/script, cron, git.
Interaction with developers, help in testing and support of internal services.
User support and L1-L3 technical support.
Selection, procurement, accounting and basic maintenance of the company's equipment.

Main requirements:

Experience in Debian/Linux and Windows Server administration.
Practical experience with Proxmox, virtual machines and containers.
Understanding Docker / Docker Compose, containerization principles, Dockerfile structure.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Node Exporter, ability to build and read metrics.
Experience administering PostgreSQL, Nginx/Apache, OpenVPN, MinIO.
Understanding of networks: TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, firewall, iptables, subnets, routes.
Data backup and recovery skills.
Experience supporting users and resolving incidents in production infrastructure.
Basic automation skills via bash, cron, git.
Would be a plus
Experience work with Hetzner.
Experience of working with MikroTik.
Experience of supporting 1C / ERP / internal business systems.
Experience of migration of services, updating of infrastructure and transfer of systems to the Linux environment.
