System administrator in D.Zh.E.T.

Hello! We are D.J.E.T. and we are an innovative miltech company specializing in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles. Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a System Administrator.

Description
Higher technical education (preferably IT field);
Experience of 2 years or more in the field of system administration;
Analytical thinking, ability to quickly diagnose and eliminate incidents;
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
Responsibility, attention to detail;
Readiness for routine tasks;
Competent written and verbal communication;
Maintenance of technical documentation (instructions, diagrams, change registers).

Requirements
Administration Windows 10/11;
Administration Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022); font-weight: 400"/>Deployment and support: RDP, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;
Linux basic administration;
Support for macOS users.
Understanding the TCP/IP model;
Basic understanding of VPN;
Basic understanding of network security;
Control accesses, file flightsiki;
Basic logging and event analysis;
Integration and administration: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace;
Mail services (local and cloud);
Management of accounts, licenses, access rights.
Deployment and support of virtual machines. Experience with VirtualBox.
Data backup and recovery;
Configuring antivirus protection;
SCUD support;
Inventory of IT assets.
Business software, Office software, MS Office, Outlook, Client banks, M.E.Doc, 1C / BAS / BAF.

Responding to user requests (1-2 lines of support);
Diagnosis and resolution of incidents; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>Assembly, modernization and repair of PCs;
Configuration and support of workstations;
Office infrastructure support (PC, MFP, IP-telephony);
Administration of servers;
Connecting and setting up network equipment.
Keeping documentation and change logs;
Preparation of jobs for new employees;
Communication with contractors;
Participation in the implementation of new technical solutions.

Will be a plus
Automation experience (PowerShell, Bash);
Experience with monitoring systems;
Understanding Information Security;
Experience in building backup infrastructure;
Cloud migration experience.
VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Proxmox VE,
Working with RAID arrays;
WSUS.
