OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:Dispatching user requests using the service IT user support system. Providing primary technical assistance to users and helping to eliminate malfunctions of office computer, telephone and network equipment, peripherals and company software.

Main duties:

• Register all requests in the service IT user support system (ServiceDesk) related to office computer, telephone and network equipment, peripherals and software of the company;
• Carry out the initial processing of all applications in the system of service IT support;
• If necessary, dispatch applications to the relevant departments;
• Provide technical support and advice to users with office equipment and software;
• Install office software;

Main requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience from 1 year;
• Responsible attitude to work;
• Availability of a military registration document.
