• Education is preferably technical;
• Mobility: Own car and willingness to use it for work purposes.
• Experience as a system administrator from 1 year.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, network protocols and PC hardware.
• Skills for working with PRRO: Experience in configuring Checkbox and working with banking terminals;
• Has the skills to quickly solve technical problems and communicate with users.
• Responsible, attentive to details and ready to support the team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure stable and secure operation of the computer network, servers and equipment in the office and stores;
• Install, update and configure software provision and hardware;
• Quickly respond to technical problems, diagnose and resolve them;
• Support users by helping them with technical issues;
• Perform regular system monitoring, backup and security updates.
• Software administration: IBS program support and configuration;
• Points of technical support: Operation with POS terminals and the Checkbox service (PRRO);
• Camera setup, installation;
• Prompt resolution of technical issues at company locations.
• Participate in the implementation of new IT solutions to improve the company's work efficiency.
