System administrator in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Support Engineer to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation and optimization of IT systems, as well as provide technical support to end users. The main focus of this role is working with Microsoft and Atlassian technologies, ensuring high quality of service and effectively solving technical problems.

Main responsibilities:

Technical support:

• Provide 1st level technical support for Microsoft technologies (eg: Windows OS, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams) as well as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software and network issues.
• Escalates complex issues to higher level teams as needed.

Systems support:

• Regular monitoring, updating and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Management of user accounts, access rights and group policies in Active Directory and Azure AD.

Collaboration and communication:

Mandatory requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365, Azure and SharePoint. 2+ years of experience in technical support or in a similar position.
• Work experience with Atlassian for documentation and team collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
