System administrator in Chicco

What will you do:

• Analyzing and solving technical problems of employees related to the work of computers, office equipment and software.
• Repairing, upgrading computer equipment and setting up new work
• Ensuring the operation and support of thin clients (RDP/RDS) on Windows/MacOS in a corporate environment.
• Maintaining a database of suppliers, service providers, equipment, ordering and installing equipment.
• Management and monitoring of corporate communication (IP telephony, mobile operators).
• Communication with service providers and technical support of branches.
• Participation in the opening of new stores, modernization of existing points of sale.
• Working with the network: configuration of VPN, SSL/TLS, OSPF, DNS.

What we expect:

Our candidate:

• Has a higher education (bachelor or master) in the field of IT technologies.
• Has 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Has deep knowledge of Windows operating systems (MacOS will be an advantage).
• Has effective communication and interaction skills with company employees.
• Has experience working with MikroTik equipment.
• Understands the principles of network security and has experience implementing relevant solutions.

Would be an advantage:

• Work experience with a network monitoring and management system (for example, Zabbix).
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and process automation experience.
• Skills in working with IP telephony and mobile communications.
