System Administrator in AMO

We are looking for a System Administrator to help standardize the provision of technology and corporate services, reduce decision-making time and increase cost efficiency. The cooperation format is project-based for about 4–6 hours per day.

The main focuses of the role:

• Standardization of technical support and inventory
  Conducting a technical inventory and determining the actual supply and shortagesAnalysis of positions and roles in relation to technical needsForming a technical map for each position (type, power, number of devices)Determining and documenting standard equipment configurations for HR and managers
• Optimization of the equipment issuance process and automation
  Analysis and standardization of the equipment issuance decision-making processReduction of decision-making time and the number of manual approvalsDescription of processes in the form of instructions and diagramsSetting up and support of simple automations (Telegram-bots, Slack-bots) for IT processes and internal notifications
• Access management to corporate services
  Audit of accesses to Notion, Zoho Campaign and corporate e-mailFormation and coordination of the access matrix for different categories of employeesRegulation of access granting and withdrawal rules
• Analytics and documentation
  Analysis of the use of equipment, licenses and servicesPreparation of structured IT documentation and transfer of decisions to the team

This role is just for you, if:

• You have 1 year of experience as a system administrator/IT Operations/IT Support (preferably in companies of 100+ people), you can work independently.
• You understand the standardization of IT processes and documentation, different approaches to managing access and roles.
• You have analytical thinking and the ability to structure chaos.
• You have practical experience in working with corporate services (mail, Notion, knowledge base, CRM / marketing tools)
• Able to work with setting up and supporting Telegram-bots and Slack-bots for internal processes and automations.
