We are currently looking for a Specialist in the SHU Support Group to ensure the operation of the enterprise in Pavlograd

Position functions:

• Technical support of users' workstations
• Ensuring the functionality of peripheral equipment, providing warranty repairs
• Accounting of equipment in a specialized system

Professional competences:

• Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and office equipment
• Communication skills
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment, software
• Knowledge of family operating systems Windows, and MS Office software

Will be a plus:

• Driver's license category B

Management skills:

• Processes and leadership: conducting discovery/workshops, backlog formation, prioritization, code/design-review, mentoring "makers", communication with stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with different departments of the company
• Organization and attention to details when certificate and key management
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
