Role mission:Ensure stable and trouble-free operation of the contact center through prompt technical support of operators, administration of corporate services and control of technical readiness of new employees.
Skill and competence requirements:
experience in technical support (L1/L2) or more.Remote support experience.
Principles of operation of computer networks (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi). communication.
Knowledge of Windows / macOS / Linux OS (user-level troubleshooting).
Knowledge of the principles of VPN operation.
Knowledge of the basics of information security (access, 2FA, passwords).
