System Administrator in JatApp

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to help maintain a stable, secure and modern IT infrastructure built on the principles of Zero Trust Network Access. If you have experience with Cloudflare ZTNA, work with macOS/Windows, Linux, appreciate automation and want to influence the development of the infrastructure - we will be glad to see you in the team

Key tasks:

Support and access

• User support (HelpDesk), technical help, macOS / Windows settings

• Access management via Cloudflare ZTNA / Cloudflare Access (SSO, security policies)

• Administration of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365

• Implementation and support of MDM-solutions

Monitoring and Automation

• Monitoring of servers and services (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Automation of routine tasks (Bash, Python, Ansible)

• Collaboration with DevOps and developers

Needed skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in system or network administration or 2-4 years in a System Administrator / DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer role

• Hands-on experience with Zero Trust, preferably Cloudflare ZTNA

• Sufficient knowledge of Linux and basic understanding of Windows Server

• Knowledge of Windows / macOS, Azure AD, MDM, SSO, SCIM

• Understanding network protocols: DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes

• Experience working with monitoring systems

• Ability to write scripts (Bash and/or Python)"> 1)">
