Responsibilities:
- Processing of user requests (Helpdesk, basic support);
- Installation, configuration and updating of software at workplaces;
- Support of office equipment (printers, scanners, peripherals);
- Diagnosis and elimination of technical malfunctions (detection and elimination of technical problems at workstations);
- Employee consultation on technical issues;
- Keeping records and inventory of equipment;
- Willingness to learn and gradually participate in more complex administration tasks;
- Daily reporting;
- Participation in internal training and gradual transition to IT infrastructure administration tasks.
