Responsibilities:
Administration and support of office IT infrastructure (networks, Internet, workplaces).
Configuration and maintenance of network equipment.
Installation, configuration and support of LCD and video surveillance systems.
User support (HelpDesk), employee consultation.
PC, OS and specialized software settings.
IP telephony administration.
Server and network maintenance infrastructure.
Maintenance of basic technical documentation.
Participation in the implementation and support of IT projects.
Requirements:
Experience as a system administrator from 1-2 years.
Knowledge of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi), basic understanding of server infrastructure.
Experience with LCD, video surveillance and IP telephony.
Skills in installing and configuring OS and software.
Skills quickly resolve technical incidents.
Communicative, responsible, multitasking.
Will be an advantage:
Experience with NAS and server equipment.
Participation in large-scale IT projects.
Experience in implementing corporate services (ClickUp, etc.).
