We are currently looking for a System Administrator who is ready to work with the internal IT infrastructure to ensure the stability of corporate systems and devices.
Infrastructure team:2 DevOps engineers, 3 System Support engineers, 1 Network engineer, 1 DBA
Our hiring process includes:introduction call, an interview with a recruiter, a technical interview and a final interview. All 4 stages together take approximately 3 hours.
Your main tasks: roles and accesses.
Security and operational support of corporate devices: encryption, policies, updates, compliance. Operative technical support for employees (1st line): remote help via Intune Remote Help, RDP or AnyDesk. Monitoring alerts in CrowdStrike Falcon and initial response to security incidents. Mechanical accounting: marking, regular inventory, updating statuses in reporting, transfer and logistics. Compliance with information security requirements and company policies. Preparation of reporting on equipment, users and usageof licensesWhat we expect from you:
- 2.5+ years of commercial experience as a System Administrator.
- Administration of Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID: users, groups, MFA, access policies.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM): device registration, policy, compliance, configuration.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and the ability to work with licenses.
- Experience with EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne or Defender for Endpoint).
- Basic understanding of networks: VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
- Practical skills of Helpdesk and Remote Support (RDP, AnyDesk, Intune Remote Help).
- Understanding information security principles (MFA, access policies, ISO/SOC).
- Equipment experience: diagnostics, upgrade, labeling, inventory
