System administrator in Atlon Avia, Naukovo-virobniche pidpriemstvo

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and preparing workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, peripherals).
• Connecting and maintaining office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Daily technical support for users in the main office (on three floors). and in remote locations.
• Remote support for remote locations as needed.
• Monitoring of the state of computers and network equipment, failure prevention.
• Participation in the implementation and configuration of new IT services and solutions.
• Maintenance of basic equipment accounts, recording of executed of work.
• Quick response to incidents and minimizing downtime for employees.

Requirements:

• Experience with network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti).
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS operating systems.
• Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting PCs, laptops and peripheral equipment.

Network skills:

• Configuring network protocols and ensuring stable network operation.
• Administration of accesses and information security.
• Organizational skills:
• Maintenance of technical documentation and equipment inventory.
• Purchase planning and management IT resources.
