We invite you to our team of System Administrator of the first line

"Petrikivka" is a national chain that creates quality farm gastronomy stores. Our stores immediately become customers' favorites and delight with an excellent assortment and the freshest products.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Knowledge of the principles of installation and configuration of Windows, Android and MS OS Office
• Computer, printing and commercial equipment diagnostic skills
• Understanding the principles of local networks (node availability diagnostics)
• Ability to explain technical things in simple language
• Experience with commercial equipment and video surveillance systems will be an advantage

Main tasks:

• Reception and registration of requests in the Service Desk system and by phone
• Remote support of users of stores, warehouses and the office
• Configuration of software, POS terminals, scales and search devices of goods
• Minor repair of equipment and maintenance of up-to-date instructions
• Visits to the warehouse to replace or configure IT equipment
