We are looking for a Chief Specialist - System Administrator (IT infrastructure engineer) in the Department Technology

Main tasks and requirements :

Administration of servers, software and hardware complexes. Including:

• ensuring the stable operation of the server infrastructure;
• support and optimization of the hardware part of the server infrastructure;
• monitoring of servers, services, system events, timely response and troubleshooting;
• administration of server OSes (Windows, Linux), management of OS updates and others Software;
• configuration and administration of basic Windows services (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS);
• configuration and administration of ASKOE software complexes (automated system of commercial electricity accounting);
• administration and management of an antivirus solution;
• administration and support of the RDS terminal farm;
• administration and support of VMware virtual server infrastructure;
• elimination vulnerabilities on servers;
• administration and support of DBMS (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and other used software complexes;
• monitoring and fulfillment of requests in compliance with SLA;
• creation and maintenance of technical documentation for infrastructure management, including a backup plan;
• observance and implementation of information security rules;
• configuration and control of backup and recovery (RKiV);
• providing and controlling access to information placed on servers;
• communications with hardware and software vendors to solve problems, software updates;
• participation in projects to implement new innovative technologies and solutions.

• Higher technical education, preferably in computer science, engineering or related to IT.
• ?Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of system administrator or by direction.
• Experience in deployment, maintenance and support of server equipment (physical and virtual servers).
• Experience in working with servers of HP and DELL vendors, knowledge of interface cards, controllers, connection interfaces.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic RAID levels, experience working with them, configuration.
• Firmware updates, hardware and communication equipment drivers.
• Experience in administration of servers based on Microsoft Windows 2012-2022 OS.
• Experience in configuration and administration of basic Windows services (AD+GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS, Firewall) services, troubleshooting, log analysis.
• Experience in applying basic rules and security policies on servers (GPO, Firewall).
• Experience in solving problems in the operation of software, operating systems and hardware.
• Experience in working with commercial backup and monitoring solutions.
• Experience in the administration and deployment of corporate antivirus, policy settings.
• Experience and skills in working with the WSUS system, control of updates and elimination of vulnerabilities on servers.
• Experience in writing system scripts (ps, wsh, vbs, bat, etc.) for automating tasks, data collection.
• Knowledge of the basics/principles of computer network operation taking into account TCP/IP, basics of routing, diagnostics and checking of network accesses.
• Knowledge and experience of working with network equipment is welcome CISCO.
• Experience in configuring and optimizing PostgreSQL databases, clustering, replication.
• Knowledge and skills in working with the Veeam backup system.
• knowledge and experience in working with disk arrays (HP, DELL), network SAN configuration and switches is welcome.
• skills in ensuring information security on servers are welcome.
• experience in working with monitoring systems PRTG, ZABBIX, knowledge of protocols is welcome SNMP, WMI, NetFlow.
• Good knowledge of VMware products in terms of virtualization/replication and optimization of servers, understanding and configuration of HA, vDS, vMotion, DRS, etc. is welcome.
• Knowledge of automated systems of commercial electric energy accounting (ASCOE), principles of their construction, software, hardware, network part is welcome.
• Knowledge of English is welcome to understand technical documentation.

Work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
