Main duties:

• Administration of Windows, Linux servers (physical and virtual)
• Network infrastructure support (routers, VPN, passive equipment)
• Technical support of employees at the workplace and remotely (RPD, AnyDesk)
• Configuration and support of office equipment (printers, scanners, workstations)
• Data protection: backup, basic information security
• Interaction with providers and contractors
• Automation of routine tasks and optimization of IT systems

Our Expectations:

• Work experience from 1 year in a similar position
• Experience with CRM automation or administration
• Knowledge of network technologies IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN
• Experience with 1C (user or administrator level)
• Knowledge of PC hardware with the possibility of block repair / replacement
• Skills quickly solve non-standard technical problems

It will be a plus:

• Experience with cloud services (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
• Experience in supporting video surveillance cameras / access control systems
