We are looking for candidates for an open position:SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Main duties:

• Providing the first line of technical support to company employees: diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems of PCs, laptops, network equipment, mobile devices.
• Receiving and processing user requests (via phone, email, internal systems applications).
• Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems, office programs, licensed software, antiviruses.
• Distribution of appeals to relevant specialists or escalation of complex issues to the second line of support/system administrators.
• Support of printers, scanners, network equipment; setting up accesses, connecting to corporate Wi-Fi, VPN.
• User support for video conferences, online meetings, setting up applications for remote work.
• Maintaining a database of requests, logs of technical failures, regular documentation updates.
• Consulting on IT security, responding to typical incidents (malware, phishing attacks).
• Participation in training users in basic IT skills, recommendations for optimal organization of the digital workplace.

Requirements:        

• Secondary specialized or higher education in the field of information technology/computer engineering.
• Experience in a Help Desk, IT support or similar position - preferably from 1 of the year.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic operating principles of MacOS, corporate networks.
• Experience in setting up office equipment, network connections, working with remote administration services.
• Knowledge of the basics of information security, corporate IT policies.
• Basic knowledge of English or technical English.
