System Administrator in Molfar

In its work, the team uses specialized OSINT software, internal scripts for data mining and prepares detailed analytical reports by hand — based on deep checks and manual validation.

Required skills:

Linux Administration or Windows Server Administration

Windows Server Administration

• Active Directory DS: OU, groups, roles, ACL
• GPO: security policies, BitLocker, Firewall, WSUS
• DNS/DHCP management
• PowerShell automation

Critically important:

Network Engineering

• VLAN segmentation, inter-network L3 routing
• Firewalling (L3/L4 access rules)
• TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP relay
• OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPsec site-to-site / remote user VPN

Security

• Windows Firewall / Linux firewall
• MFA, Certificates and TLS/PKI
• ESET Endpoint Security policies GPO/ESET
• Logging and Auditing: Event Logs, syslog

Virtualization: Proxmox/VMware

Skills optional, but a plus:

• Infrastructure Planning & Operations for:
• Network design for ~ 100 users
• Hardware sizing
• Backup strategy
• Firewall & Network Appliances: FortiGate or similar, Unifi, MikroTik RouterOS (routing, IPsec, firewall)
• Google Workspace
• English B1
• Education: technical profile (what related to administration, networks, security, etc.).

Future tasks:

Forming from scratch IT infrastructure for a project of up to 100 employees, collecting physicalx servers, logical infrastructure planning and physical infrastructure construction (from communication channels in the server room and, if necessary, twisted-pair crimping to topology formation on Mikrotik and planning security policies and future ISO standards).
