Core is looking for a system administrator: active and ready for continuous self-improvement! It is important for us that every employee receives the fastest and most professional technical support, and that office equipment receives timely repair and maintenance.

Who we need: Hard skills:

  1. Understanding the architecture and hardware features of modern laptops based on Intel and AMD.
  2. Skills in modular repair and maintenance of computer equipment.
  3. Experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting OS Windows 11, Ubuntu 18-24, MacOS.
  4. Skills in configuring and troubleshooting office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  5. Skills for installing video equipment and setting up video surveillance.
  6. Skills for physical installation of SCS and knowledge of the OSI model.
  7. Experience in helpdesk systems (Jira, Asana, Zendesk, etc.) will be an advantage.
  8. Skills for working with Google Docs/Spreadsheets and writing skills will be an advantage instructions.

Soft skills:

  1. Stress resistance in multitasking conditions.
  2. Non-conflict and willingness to work with a large number of users.
  3. Willingness to learn independently for covering a wider range of work processes.

What should be done:

  1. Consult and provide technical support at the request of employees.
  2. Repair corporate equipment employees.
  3. Maintain office equipment and video surveillance systems.
  4. Prepare corporate equipment for new employees (IT onboarding).
  5. Administer Google Workspace (creation and deletion of mail, groups, etc.).
  6. Respond to office network monitoring messages and promptly eliminate malfunctions.
  7. Install SCS in the office.
