Right now we are expanding our technical team and We invite a System Administrator who wants to work in an environment of modern technologies, products that have the ambition to shape the future.
Basic requirements:
knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack at a basic level, the ability to detect and solve network problems;
basic knowledge of protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, FTP, DHCP, DNS), working with office equipment, troubleshooting, replacing cartridges of various types
basic knowledge about the construction of LKS;
installation and configuration of PCs, replacement of components;
Tasks:
job preparation for new specialists;
installation and configuration of additional software;
data backup and recovery;
consulting users on technical issues;
tracking the lifecycle of user requests: current status, resolution and closure;
analysis and elimination of PC hardware (block repair) and software malfunctions;
inventory of technical means and software licenses.
