System administrator in BPO company MSV Multicall

MSV Multicall, an Austrian outsourcing company with branches in Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, is looking for a system administrator for its Lviv office to help organize work processes and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience in the field of at least 1 year;
• ability to work in an office in Lviv;
• deep understanding of the hardware part of personal computers; experience in the administration of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and MS Windows Server operating systems;
• knowledge of the principles of building local networks (LAN) and L2-L3 protocols, working with switches, routers and network screens (firewall);
• introduction, management and support of IP telephony services (Asterisk); experience with phpMyAdmin / PostfixAdmin, MySQL/MariaDB databases;
• understanding of the principles of mail servers (Postfix, Dovecot, Amavis, SpamAssassin);
• basic programming or automation skills using PHP or Bash; experience with Certbot or other tools for managing SSL certificates will be an advantage.

Main duties:

• support for stable operation of the corporate network and server infrastructure; administration of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux);
• management of IP telephony: creation, editing and deletion of users in Asterisk;
• management of corporate mail: creation, editing and deletion of accounts through phpMyAdmin/PostfixAdmin;
• support and updating of mail/web servers, including regular updating SSL certificates;
• monitoring of server performance, detection and elimination of incidents; backup and log control;
• optimization of work processes through automation scripts (Bash/Python/PHP).

Working conditions:

• Part-time (4 hours, Monday - Friday);
• hybrid format (work in the office in Lviv + partially remote);
• stable and timely payment of wages;
• medical insurance.
