Currently, we are looking for a Specialist in the SHU Support Group to ensure the company's activities in n.p. Mining

Position functions:

• Technical support of APM users
• Installation and configuration of user workplaces
• Ensuring the functionality of peripheral equipment, calling SC specialists, ensuring warranty repair
• Technical accounting in a specialized system

Professional competencies:

• Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and office equipment
• Communicative skills
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in hardware, software
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office software

Management competencies:

• Processes and leadership: conducting discovery/workshops, backlog formation, prioritization, code/design-review, mentoring "makers", communication with stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with different departments of the company
• Organization and attention to detail in certificate and key management
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools
