Main duties:
Accounting, inventory, maintenance, modernization and disposal of IT assets (workstations, network equipment, copiers, operating systems, application software, licenses.
Providing users with the necessary technical equipment.
Finding contractors for the purchase of equipment and repairs; control of invoices and acts of work performed.
Processing user requests, solving problems with technical equipment and software.
Maintenance of user accounts (Active Directory or other systems): adding and removing users, setting up group policies, granting access rights, restoring access to the account.
Setting up network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points). Monitoring the operation of the local network, identifying and troubleshooting.
Maintenance of workstations, software, mobile devices and peripherals (printers, scanners) - restoration performance.
Configuring and creating new mail accounts, blocking as needed, creating distribution groups, setting up forwarding, creating and editing signatures.
