And now we are looking for an energetic and responsible System Administrator to become an important part of our team.
What we offer:
Main responsibilities:
1. Support of users and work PCs (Helpdesk & Workplace Support)
Working with user requests is carried out exclusively through the helpdesk system.
Configuration and support of employees’ work PCs:
Assembly and modernization of office PCs (selection of components, upgrade, replacement of components).
Diagnosis and elimination of hardware problems (PCs, laptops, monitors, peripherals).
Support of printers, MFPs and other office peripherals (connection, network settings, elimination failures).
Support of multimedia equipment in meeting rooms (TVs, projectors, cameras, switching, connecting laptops).
Preparation of workplaces for new employees (onboarding) and deactivation of access and equipment upon dismissal (offboarding).
2. Network infrastructure
Network equipment administration (Mikrotik / TP-Link / Ubiquiti):
Local network and Wi-Fi stability monitoring and support:
Interaction with Internet providers (emergency situations, appeals, service quality control).
3. Service administration, access and interaction with contractors
User access management (Onboarding / Offboarding):
Financial control of IT services:
4. Documentation and accounting
Keeping records of the company's IT assets:
Maintenance of current technical documentation:
Participation in the formation and support of internal IT regulations (checklists, standard procedures).
Requirements for the candidate:
Mandatory skills (Hard Skills)
Windows 10/11
Practical experience in administration, configuring users, software and systems.
Hardware
PC assembly, fault diagnosis, minor repairs and maintenance (cleaning, replacement of thermal paste, replacement of components).
Networks
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN and experience in configuring network equipment (Mikrotik or similar).
Peripherals
Configuration and support of network printers and MFPs.
Systematic and organized
Ability to lead accounting, documentation and working according to checklists.
It will be a plus (Nice to have)
Experience in server administration
(Windows Server / Linux), setting up Cron tasks.
Experience in working with Zoho and 1C (user and access administration).
