And now we are looking for an energetic and responsible System Administrator to become an important part of our team.

Main responsibilities:

1. Support of users and work PCs (Helpdesk & Workplace Support)

Working with user requests is carried out exclusively through the helpdesk system.
 

 Configuration and support of employees’ work PCs:

  • installation and reinstallation of Windows 10/11
  • configuration of user accounts
  • installation, update and removal of software providing
  • support for the correct operation of office and service software.

Assembly and modernization of office PCs (selection of components, upgrade, replacement of components).

Diagnosis and elimination of hardware problems (PCs, laptops, monitors, peripherals).

Support of printers, MFPs and other office peripherals (connection, network settings, elimination failures).

Support of multimedia equipment in meeting rooms (TVs, projectors, cameras, switching, connecting laptops).

Preparation of workplaces for new employees (onboarding) and deactivation of access and equipment upon dismissal (offboarding).

2. Network infrastructure

Network equipment administration (Mikrotik / TP-Link / Ubiquiti):

  • DHCP, NAT, VLAN
  • basic routing
  • VPN
  • port forwarding.

Local network and Wi-Fi stability monitoring and support:

  • cable network diagnostics
  • work with patch panels
  • control of Wi-Fi coverage and connection quality.

Interaction with Internet providers (emergency situations, appeals, service quality control).

3. Service administration, access and interaction with contractors

User access management (Onboarding / Offboarding):

  • creating, changing and blocking accountsset up access rights to corporate systems: Zoho One 1С ANT Logistics Other internal services of the company. Support for the correct operation of installed software and services (updates, performance checks, basic fault diagnosis). Interaction with service centers and by suppliers:

    • organization of equipment repair
    • purchase of new equipment and consumables.

    Financial control of IT services:

    • control of payment terms for Internet, telephony, hosting and other IT services
    • timely transfer of invoices to accounting
    • prevention of downtime due to unpaid services.

    4. Documentation and accounting

    Keeping records of the company's IT assets:

    • equipment inventory
    • accounting of equipment issued to employees.

    Maintenance of current technical documentation:

    • network diagrams
    • basic instructions for users
    • description of typical problems and ways to solve them.

    Participation in the formation and support of internal IT regulations (checklists, standard procedures).

    Requirements for the candidate:

    Mandatory skills (Hard Skills)

    Windows 10/11
    Practical experience in administration, configuring users, software and systems.

    Hardware
    PC assembly, fault diagnosis, minor repairs and maintenance (cleaning, replacement of thermal paste, replacement of components).

    Networks

    Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN and experience in configuring network equipment (Mikrotik or similar).

    Peripherals

    Configuration and support of network printers and MFPs.

    Systematic and organized

    Ability to lead accounting, documentation and working according to checklists.

    It will be a plus (Nice to have)

    Experience in server administration
    (Windows Server / Linux), setting up Cron tasks.
    Experience in working with Zoho and 1C (user and access administration).

    Key performance indicators (KPI)

    • 99% uptime of the office network and workplaces.
    • Reaction time to critical user requests - up to 30 minutes.
    • No downtime due to late payment of services.
    • Current and correct equipment and access inventory database.
