System Administrator in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are currently looking for a System Administrator

Main responsibilities:

• Administration and support of banking IT systems that ensure payments (SEP, SWIFT, FOREX).
• Monitoring of productive systems, prompt response to incidents.
• Development and support of monitoring systems (Grafana, other tools).
• Creation and optimization of indexes, customization of dashboards and reporting.
• Development and approval of IT architecture schemes, (from business process to IT infrastructure and security issues)
• Support of IT security issues, including work with KEP and EDS.
• Development and implementation of integration solutions (API, Apache Kafka).
• Work with databases (SQL), analytics, query optimization.
• Participation in the implementation of new IT solutions in the banking sector.

Basic requirements:

• Deep understanding of payment systems (SEP, SWIFT), principles of their work.
• Experience with databases (SQL, query optimization).
• Practical skills in creating dashboards (Grafana), monitoring systems.
• Experience with integration solutions (API, Kafka).
• Knowledge of the basics IT security and experience with electronic signatures.
• Ability to work under high load conditions and with several tasks at the same time.
• Analytical thinking, attention to details.
• Basic level of English (reading technical documentation, correspondence).

Will a plus:

• Experience in implementing integration solutions in the banking sector.
• Knowledge and experience working with ISO 20022 standards.
• Experience in developing or supporting payment systems/banking products.
• Experience in banks or financial companies.
• Initiative, self-motivation, ability work effectively in a team (including remotely).
