System Administrator

Our expectations from the candidate:

• higher technical education; from 2 years of experience in administration and support of workstations, server systems and programs based on (Windows, Linux, MacOS);
• experience in user support and setting up office equipment; understanding of the principles of networks, IP addressing, basic network protocols, experience in setting up network equipment (Mikrotik is a priority);
• understanding and practical experience with services: Active Directory (GPO), DNS, DHCP, DFS, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, WSUS, TMG, RDP-based terminal servers, RDS farms;
• experience in installation and administration of virtualized solutions (VMware, HyperV); experience with monitoring tools;
• understanding of different backup types and experience using enterprise-grade backup tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

• ingest, process and resolve user inquiries regarding IT systems and equipment;
• connection of BFPs, printers and label printers; configuration and support of user workstations (Windows, MacOS);
• monitoring and documentation of technical incidents (Zabbix, Graylog);
• configuration of Veeam, Acronis backup system; configuration and maintenance of enterprise IP telephony; implementation and configuration of IP video surveillance (Hikvision), as well as maintenance of existing systems; management of Hyper-V virtualization servers, VMWare (vSphere); setting up the enterprise wireless network (Ubiquiti, Mikrotik and others);
• setting up the environment for remote work of employees using VPN, RDP gateways;
