System administrator in UDI GROUP

UDI GROUP is an association of Ukrainian companies in the defense and security sector under the general management of the investment fund Ukrainian Defense Innovations (UDI).

The purpose of the fund is to create a system non-state financing of defense companies and startups for the development of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.

Companies of the group are licensed manufacturers and suppliers of the Ministry of Defense and other power structures of the country. Some of the enterprises were created in 2014. Others were created or joined the UDI Group already after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in 2022.

The organizational structure of the UDI GROUP includes a management group and production companies.

More about the team: We are looking for a technical specialist who will ensure the stable operation of the IT infrastructure of the office and several production sites.

The main duties of the position:

• Ensuring the stable operation of equipment (laptops, printers and related equipment) in the office. 
• Visits to factories to support stable operation of equipment (transfer provided by the company).
• Configuration, installation, updates on macOS and Windows. 
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software. 
• User support in daily work (printing, network resources, office programs, access to cloud services).
• Interaction with Internet providers and external integrators in case of technical incidents.

For us important:?

• Work experience of 1 year or more in a similar position;
• Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems, office software package, PC hardware and PMT;
• Skills in installing, configuring and updating software;
• Basic knowledge of security principles and backup copying;
• Skills in repairing laptops and understanding the operation of printers;

On a permanent basis, we finance the rehabilitation and prosthetics center TYTANOVI Rehab, professional correctional assistance of psychologists for children who lost their parents in the war.

Format of cooperation:

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Location: Lviv, str. Kulparkivska.
• Duration of the trial period is 2 months.
