System Administrator in MAUDAU

Now we are looking for an IT specialist who loves when the technology works, knows how to help colleagues in any situation, and wants to develop in a stable company.

What to do:

• Support office users: installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations (Windows / MacOS).

• Domain administration (Active Directory): creating accounts, managing access rights, group policies.

• Working with admin panels of corporate services (CRM, Slack, mail, internal systems).

• Diagnosing and solving technical problems with software, hardware and network.

• Setting up basic elements of the network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, accesses).

• Supporting cyber security of users: antivirus, firewall, system updates.

• Documenting incidents, creating instructions for colleagues and short reports.
  
  

What is important to us:

• Experience in IT support or administration - from 1 year.

• Knowledge of the principles of Active Directory, domains, local networks.

• Understanding the basics of cyber security and backup.

• Basic skills of working with corporate services and admin panels.

• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time and prioritize them.

• The Ukrainian language is fluent.
