System administrator in Extreme Pride

We are 34th Grade - a group of companies that includes three successful businesses: ExtremePride, Best Way Food, Spell.

• ExtremePride is a distribution company specializing in the import and promotion of high-quality home appliances and electronics for over 13 years, the exclusive distributor of such famous brands as GoPro, SharkNinja, Midea, Caterpillar.
• Best Way Foods is an official importer and distributor of ingredients from leading chocolate companies since 2017
• Spell is a Ukrainian brand of Belgian chocolate, a manufacturer of original sweets with a history of more than 5 years.

We are actively growing, developing new directions and implementing ambitious projects. Therefore, we are expanding the team and looking for a System Administrator.

What will you be doing?

• Manage incidents and problems, control the level of service and monitoring of information systems;
• Provide support to users (Help Desk);
• Administer infrastructure services based on Microsoft and Unix technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, Zabbix, etc.);
• Administer physical and virtual servers (VMware from version 8.0), databases MS-SQL, segmentation of the corporate network;
• Engage in the purchase, accounting and modernization of IT equipment;
• Communicate with service providers (Internet, communication, data centers, hosting providers, etc.);
• Participate in the development and implementation of the IT infrastructure sustainability strategy.

You are right for us if you:

• Have work experience of 2 yearsyears;
• Have work experience with the Service Desk system, as well as in the administration of VMware virtual servers, MikroTik network equipment, MS-SQL database;
• You know how to interact with cloud hosting providers;
• You have knowledge of the principles of network operation, the TCP/IP protocol stack, etc.;
• You are able to identify and localize problems with LOM and WLAN, fault diagnosis IT equipment.
