IT specialist / System administrator (restaurant chain)
Purpose of the position:
Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure of the restaurant chain: configuration and support of cash register, banking, network and video equipment, software (in particular Syrve/iiko), as well as technical support personnel.
Main duties1. IT infrastructure administration
Maintenance and configuration of local networks in restaurants (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Monitoring the operation of servers, routers, POS terminals, printers, video surveillance systems and other equipment.
Data backup and recovery.
Maintenance and configuration network peripherals (printers, scanners, cash registers, waiters' tablets).
2. Cash register equipment and bank terminals
Installation, configuration and updating of POS terminals and fiscal registers.
Integration of bank terminals with the Syrve system.
Elimination of technical failures, testing of transactions, connection of new devices.
3. Syrve system (iiko)
Administration and support of the Syrve software complex.
Setting up points of sale, menus, warehouses, user roles.
Interaction with the technical support of the supplier.
Consulting and training of employees.
4. Video surveillance
Design, installation and configuration of video surveillance systems.
Selection and installation of cameras, recorders, PoE switches.
Setting up remote access and saving video archives.
Regular equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting.
5. Technical support of users
Processing employee appeals (online/visits).
Training users to work with Syrve, POS terminals and office applications.
Keeping a helpdesk log and documentation of solutions.
6. Information security
Creation and administration of user accounts.
Control of access to resources, relevance of antivirus protection.
Ensuring the preservation and confidentiality of data.
Requirements for the candidate
Experience as a system administrator or IT specialist - from 2 years.
Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN networks, knowledge of TCP/IP.
Experience of working with Syrve / iiko.
Practical skills of working with bank POS terminals.
Experience of installation and administration of video surveillance (Hikvision, Dahua, Ezviz, Uniview, etc.).
Knowledge of Windows OS (Server, 10/11), basic Linux skills.
Communication, attentiveness, responsibility.
Will be an advantage
Experience of supporting several locations at the same time (restaurants, retail, coffee shops).
Knowledge of Google Workspace afor Microsoft 365.
Skills for working with 1C/BAS.
Availability of own car for trips (if necessary).
