We are looking for a system administrator level who will help maintain and improve the operation of our IT infrastructure office.

Tasks:

• Install and configure employee workstations (Windows OS, mail and software).

• Provide basic technical support to employees.

• Maintain and develop network infrastructure, support and improve backup power systems (in cooperation with our outsourcing by the company).

• Manage accounts and access rights (Google, Zoom, etc.).

• Maintain the operation of video surveillance and access control systems.

• Keep equipment records, inventory, configuration and maintenance of new devices.

• Configure corporate phones (contact transfer, call forwarding, SIM card accounting, integration with messengers).

• Set up and maintain IP telephony (accounts, call routing), monitoring the quality of communication.

We cooperate with an outsourcing company that is responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure. Your task is to be "hands on the spot": to help colleagues in daily matters and coordinate work with external specialists.

Working conditions:

• trial period, according to the current legislation of Ukraine;

• work schedule 5/2;

• the salary level is discussed at the interview and depends on the level of professionalism of the candidate.

Skills:

• Windows / OS settings;

• Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace;

• System administration, technical support of users;

• IP-telephony, knowledge of network protocols, LAN;

• Video surveillance, equipment inventory;

• Peripheral settings (printers, workstations);

• Responsibility, organization, stress resistance, ability to training.
