Location: Dnipro, str. Queen Elizabeth II, 2.

We are looking for a person who will be interested in:

• Help company employees solve technical problems related to the operation of PCs, management equipment, software (1C, MEDok, Excel, Word), remote access (AnyDesk, WireGuard, TeamViewer, VPN), office equipment;
• Install and configure programs, manage employee accounts;
• Diagnose faulty equipment and repair it in service centers.

If you:

• Friendly and willing to help users if something is not working for them;
• Know all lines of Windows and Windows Server (AD, DNS) at the level of an experienced system administrator (knowledge of Mac OS, RDS farms, VMWare will also be useful);
• You understand what components are needed and why, what and how to replace them in order to improve the performance of the PC;
• You are able to dive into the problem and understand why the Internet does not work and how quickly fix;
