CSD LAB medical laboratory invites to the team of System Administrator

From our candidate we expect:

• Experience in working with MikroTik network equipment (routers, switches, access points);
• Understanding the principles of building corporate networks (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN);
• Experience in user technical support: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, typical problems, consultations;
• Working with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), MDM;
• Connection/configuration of printers, scanners, BFP;
• Experience with label printers (connection, drivers, print templates);
• Windows 10/11 support: installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Readiness for business trips to Ukraine. It will be an advantage:
• Availability of certificates (MTCNA, MTCRE or similar);
• Experience in installation of SCS (cable routes, sockets, patch panels, crimping, testing);
  
  Functional duties:
• Providing support, consulting company employees and partners on issues related to computers and software
• Office 365 both locally and remotely;
• Installing software
• Providing operational assistance to employees in troubleshooting, identifying, localizing and eliminating errors, modular repair of equipment
• Experience in laying SCS, installing equipment, crimping patch cords
• Experience in setting up / configuring video surveillance systems - will be advantage
• Timely processing of ServiceDesk requests and prioritization of problems
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of user workstations
• Technical support of company employees (OS: Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
• Responsibility, efficiency in work, stress resistance, efficiency, sociability
• Respect and tolerance in attitude towards users
