Important:

• Specialized education in the field of computer sciences;
• Experience in the field of IT - 2 years;
• Knowledge and practical skills in the administration of the Microsoft Windows family OS;
• Knowledge of the general principles of building information systems and computer networks of large companies;
• Knowledge of the principles of installing and configuring software, peripheral equipment, drivers;
• Experience with O365, Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP software products.

We expect:

• Accept and record applications from users in the registration system of the Company;
• Provide support, training and consulting to the company's employees on issues related to computer equipment and software;
• Perform work on maintenance of the Company's local information network in the established order;
• Control the operation of general office equipment (printers, copiers);
• Perform maintenance work on the Company's computer equipment and duplicating equipment in all divisions in the established order;
• Perform work on modernization of computer equipment in the established order;
• Communication with external contractors and with internal customers.
